Problem Statement

I have observed that the current voting system isn’t meeting the convenience needs of 18 to 55 year olds, which is causing frustration. How might I improve the service to save time?

Assumptions

  1. I believe my users have a need to vote quicker
  2. I believe these needs can be solved with a digital service
  3. I believe the #1 value a user wants to get out of my service is convenience
  4. I believe the user can also get more time to research there choice
  5. I believe that all users want this
